Cabrillo National Monument

A mom group on facebook noted that May 12th – 18th the tide at Cabrillo would be the lowest of the Spring season and wouldn’t be this low until October. Dustin and I took the kids to the Cabrillo National Park to check it out.

Harvey is not a fan of touching the sand but I was able to capture a smile.

A really cool experience and although we’ve seen the tide pools at Sunset Cliffs it was nice to check out this area and stop by the Visitor Center up the hill.IMG_20190513_140551

I can’t believe I had never been here before in all my years of living in San Diego.
