Children’s Discovery Museum – Escondido

One of my friends scheduled a field trip for a few of us moms to take our kids to the Museum. We have never been and this event included a special Coding and Robotics presentation/class. Since this place specializes in adjusting to different age ranges, even my 4 year old could participate. After the presentation and the workshop, the kids had free all day admission to the museum, by this time, it was open to the public and filling up.

There were lots of field trips of bigger kids so we high tailed it out of there around lunch time to see my good friend Lily since she lives up in Vista. We ended up meeting at North County Fair for some Red Robin and then we headed home. IMG_4844

The Coding and Robotics workshop was super interesting and reminded me of the Cubetto we have sitting up in Henry’s room that I bought during a kickstarter campaign. After this event, I’m inspired to bring down the cubetto. Hopefully I’ll remember to shut it off before the batteries drain again.
